WarnerMedia, a division of AT&T Inc., has announced today that Emilio Rubio, CEO, HBO Latin America, will be leaving the company effective February 28, 2021. He will continue with the company in an advisory role for a limited time thereafter.

We wouldn’t be in such a strong position without his strategic vision and focus on teamwork and excellence. Thank you for everything, Emilio, and best wishes for your future.”
Emilio Rubio added: “It is time for me to go. It has been a privilege to be associated with some of the industry’s most iconic brands and professionals for all these years. It has been an amazing journey bringing our exceptional content to Latin America powered by digital platforms. I am particularly proud of how we have been able to raise the profile of the brand and original productions.”
