HITN on Claro Video offers its Edye platform in Mexico and Latin America

HITN executives are very happy with the launch since April 30 in one of the companies with greater reach in Latin America. Edye is an SVOD education and entertainment offer aimed at the preschool segment.

HITN channel provides educational and entertainment programming to more than 44 million households in the United States and since April 30 already satisfies an audience in Latin America and the United States with Edye, the SVOD service, aimed at preschool children and which includes a guide for parents and teachers.

“We are delighted that Edye arrives in Mexico through Claro; the service offers all Mexican parents seeking for select, educational and entertaining audiovisual entertainment,” said Guillermo Sierra, HITN’s General Director of television and digital services.

Programs like “Plaza Sésamo,” “Bob el Constructor,” “El Mundo de Elmo,” the recent seasons of “Hotel Furchester,” add to other short-format programs produced by Sesame Workshop such as: “El Camión de Comida de Cookie Monster”, “Las Pequeñas Aventureras” with the funny characters of Abby Cadabby and Susasana Gusana and “Mundo de Elmo.” Among the novelties is the animated production of “Abeja Maya” and “Sara y Pato,” the adventures of a girl and her inseparable friend Duck.
