To show rural areas that fight against depopulation, to unite the local population with a common project that supposes an improvement for the neighbors, to raise awareness about the importance of preserving wildlife and the natural environments, and enjoy the stunning landscapes of the Spanish geography from the flight of a helicopter accompanied by the authentic protagonists, the inhabitants of the zone: this is the essence of ‘Volando Voy’, which will premiere a new season in CincoMAS on Monday November 26 at 7:15 pm MX, 8: 15 pm MIA and 10:15 pm BA with new locations and missions.

“There are fantastic people who make you laugh and cry, who above all love their village. And to show it from the air is very special,” says Jesús Calleja.

The program, produced by the network in collaboration with Zanskar, will carry out group actions such as the construction of insect hotels in Las Hurdes (Cáceres); it will recover a rural road in the Redes Natural Park (Asturias); and rehabilitate what was the most important cinema in the region of La Noguera, in the town of Penelles (Lleida).

New destinations among them, will visit the region of Val Miñor – Baixo Miño (Galicia) to offer solutions to prevent fires and repopulate forests and will submerge in the waters of the island of El Hierro (Canary Islands), one of the best marine seabeds to study the beaked whales, unknown cetaceans.

Another objective will be the fight against depopulation, for that reason Jesús Calleja will travel to the region of Tierras de Burgo in Soria, the most uninhabited province of Spain. There, the Leonese adventurer will be the godfather of a wedding that has as objective to make the heritage and nature of the region call the attention and attract tourism and become natural settings for the celebration of all kinds of events.
