This Friday February 23 at 10:00 pm the first season of SHARK TANK COLOMBIA: Negociando con Tiburones, a production of Sony Pictures Television in which hundreds of Colombian entrepreneurs will meet with cunning ‘sharks’, who with their keen sense of smell will bet on those projects with the greatest potential for success for their business portfolio.
These new Colombian sharks are already sharpening their fangs to enter the tank and they are: Mauricio Hoyos Holguin, entrepreneur of a number of businesses. Alexander Torrenegra, Colombian entrepreneur in Silicon Valley. Frank Kanayet, the Croatian-Colombo businessman with forty years of experience in entrepreneurship, is the representative of the Maserati agency in Colombia. Food industry executive Juliana Barreto, lawyer in charge of operations of Productos La Carreta and Ricardo Leyva Gutiérrez, experiential marketing guru, founder of the first non-traditional marketing agency in Colombia – Sístole.
For this version, the tank was created in the iconic Teatro Faenza, the oldest film screening room in Bogota.
The program is an adaptation of the famous reality Dragons’ Den, created by Nippon TV in Japan. This format, distributed by Sony Pictures Television, has been successfully adapted in more than 31 countries, including Germany, Canada, Denmark, the United States, Finland, Poland and the United Kingdom.
