In the city of Rio de Janeiro, Rio Content Market the international benchmark event in the global TV market and digital platforms closed the doors of its fifth edition with intense activity and large number of people.
With attractive opportunities and surpassing the amount of expected attendees, the event offered diverse conferences masterly, panels, pitching sessions and roundtables. Among its novelties counted with the participation of the official delegation of Argentina, among 36 countries.
As prominent activities it is worth mentioning the agreement between CAPPA (Camara Argentina de Productoras Pymes Audiovisuales – Argentine Chamber of Audiovisuals Producers Pymes) and ABPTIV of co-production and exchange of content.
Regarding conferences performed, are highlighted those offered by Colombian journalist and writer Fernando Gaitán Salom of RCN TV, the presence of Israeli companies such as Keshet International (attending for the first time Rio Content Market), Armoza Formats, Dori Media, and the American company Lionsgate.
Among the first-line exhibitors is highlighted HBO, Universal Channel in Brazil, as YouTube with significant presence at the event, as well also Brazilian TV networks Globo and SBT.
