As part of changes to the executive structure and in order to increase its relevance in the market for pay TV in Latin America, Chello Latin America announced new appointments to its sales team.
Paez-Pumar Mauro as CCO (Chief Commercial Officer), will be responsible for all affiliate sales efforts in the region. Previously, he worked as VP of sales and marketing in Castalia Communications, and in different divisions of the industry at companies such as Argo Systems, LAPTV, DirecTV and Turner International.
Paez-Pumar together with Marcello Coltro, will establish partnerships with affiliate clients as well as implementing new ideas for revenue sharing.

Coltro’s team is composed by Ricardo Coltro Montagnana, marketing VP in charge of all areas of marketing and communications for the company, including the portfolios of the genre channels Film & Arts and Lifestyle, and of collaborating in the strategic development of the new portfolio of channels in the region.
Meanwhile, Tatiana Volpini was named VP of advertising sales, Paul Zawistowski was appointed VP of Digital and Gustavo Huertas is the new VP of On-Air creative services.
