TuVes arrives in Ecuador through ETAPA TuVes, a leading DTH technology provider with a presence in several countries in Latin America, initiated the satellite TV distribution project for the public telecommunications company, ETAPA, with coverage throughout Ecuador, giving access to high-definition (HD) TV.
