The profesional career of Flórez has passed by public networks, commercial and for pay. Has worked in Telemadrid and Cuatro, was at the helm of the Purchasing Department and foreign production.
To date was Programming and Acquisitions Director of NBC Universal for channel Calle 13 and Syfy and is as well committed to teaching. He has taught executive production and television companies in NIC The Institute of Film, Programming and Audience. Has a Bachelors degree in audiovisual communications from la Universidad Europea de Madrid (The European University of Madrid), a Master in directing and audiovisual business administration (IE) and in Television (Telemadrid).
