One of the Spanish industry giants, Atresmedia Television, emitting group among others Antena 3 and laSexta channels, forged an alliance with the editor group of Hola! magazine to launch the pay TV channel Hola TV! in Latin America and the U.S., according to information released by different media

Hola TV!, which will air in the coming weeks, will emit original production and outside broadcast in Spanish 24 hours a day throughout the year and share topics and contents with the magazine: social information, royalty, great exclusives, stories of human interest, fashion and aspirational contents and lifestyle, with an approach based on quality, professionalism, style and respect both the celebrities and the spectator, in line with the philosophy of both partners.

The launch of Hola! TV is an extraordinary opportunity to grow the Hola  brand Hello! and is a natural step in our strategy to be present on all platforms, reaching new audiences and strengthening links with our readers, “said the director and editor of the magazine, Eduardo Sanchez Perez.

Currently, the magazine boasts 26 different editions of ‘Hola!’ or ‘Hello!’, with over 15 million weekly readers worldwide, with a presence in almost all Spanish speaking countries.

The CEO of the new channel is Ignacio Sanz de Acedo, renowned industry executive of pay Tv and Senior VP of E! Networks in Latin America.
